Reunion of the Mountain Men

Next Reunion Will be announced soon.

The first reunion we held was July 4 2011 near the Barracks at the base of the mountain at the grill hut.

We had a 2nd reunion in 2013 same place same time July 4.

The 3rd reunion was March 15,2014 a fishing trip in Ft Lauderdale, Fl

The 4th reunion was in Dallas Texas Oct 11 2014.

The 5th again a reunion back at the battery grill hut, July 4 in 2015.

We had the 6th reunion in September 22 2022 weekend at Luis Lopez’s place in Fayetteville North Carolina which we visited Fort Bragg.

The seventh Reunion Oct 17-20,2025 was held in San Antonio Texas.

Kristy Robinson donated seven rooms to help folks come to the reunion. Kind of a memoir from her recently deceased husband, Danny. He was a super guy!

Kristy donated some rooms two presidential suites total of seven rooms for guys to come to the reunion.

    Davey here checking in…I’m still alive at 68 going on 69 soon here in July…on the 19th
    Well ..if any of you remember I sold cold beer and hot dogs and showed movies…I worked in the little club lounge we had and we played food ball alot… anyway..I thought I would let all of you know …maybe we will meet up .,.

    A lot of changes since the first Reunion July 4 2011. It was held back at the Missile site. It was tough to see the state of the condition of the barracks, launcher area. At least we got to go through the launcher area,missile barns and revetment. It has gotten worse since then, and now they are tearing the barracks down. They have already disassembled the launching area. The IFC area was converted to a patriot missile site after the Nike Hercules left in 1983.
